Carpet Cleaning

How we clean carpets

Our carpet cleaners in Newcastle first closely inspect the carpet or upholstery to identify heavily stained or soiled areas. Before starting the steam cleaning process, we apply specialised stain removal solutions to these areas.

If requested, we can also use dust mites and a flea treatment. The treatment is vital if you have pets or someone sensitive to dust mites in your home.

Shampoo is then applied to the whole carpet because our top-of-the-range steam cleaning machines get to work. When we’re finished with the carpet steam cleaning, we will revisit the noted stains to ensure they have been removed.

Once finished, we will place fans across the carpet to promote drying of the carpet while attending to other rooms. We do not leave the property until we are satisfied that all stubborn stains are taken care of the first time.

Your Carpet Cleaning Journey with Us

Pre Spray

Our process begins with a thorough pre-spray of your carpet, utilising our exclusive cleaning solution that penetrates deep into the fibres. This step helps to loosen the dirt, dust, and other particles embedded in your carpet, preparing it for a more effective cleaning.

Spot Treat Stains

Next, we target heavily stained or soiled areas with our specialised stain removal products. This focused approach ensures that even the most stubborn stains receive the attention they need for optimal removal.

Agitate

Using a counter-rotating brush machine, we agitate the carpet fibres to further loosen dirt and stains. This action enhances the cleaning process by ensuring the cleaning solutions penetrate deeply and evenly throughout the carpet.

Extraction

Our steam cleaning machines then come into play, performing a hot water extraction rinse. This step effectively removes the loosened dirt, stains, and cleaning solution residues, leaving your carpet deeply cleaned and refreshed.

Additional Dry Strokes

To speed up the drying process and ensure no excess water remains in your carpet, we perform additional dry strokes. This crucial step helps to minimise drying time and prevents any potential mould or mildew growth.

Deodorise

Finally, we deodorise your carpet, leaving it not only clean but also smelling fresh. This step eliminates any lingering odours, ensuring your space feels as welcoming and comfortable as it looks.
